Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR data and business analytics,prepare regular report and HR management dashboard to ensure business goals and objectives.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from HR data or other multi sources, perform benchmarking and recommend the solutions and determine HR process improvement opportunities
- Provide analysis and consulting business on how to implement HR and business best practices
- Influence business unit and management’s view of effective HR best practices in achievement of business objectives
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Human Resources/Business Management
- Good computer skills, proficient with ms office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with line managers.
